Deflux Tablet

Deflux Tablet contains Domperidone Maleate 10 mg, a dopamine receptor antagonist that improves gastrointestinal motility and provides relief from nausea and vomiting. It works by blocking dopamine receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone and enhancing coordinated movement of the upper gastrointestinal tract.

It is commonly used in the management of nausea, vomiting, dyspepsia, bloating, and delayed gastric emptying. It may also be beneficial in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) to reduce symptoms associated with impaired gastric motility.

Deflux is usually taken before meals for optimal effectiveness. The dosage and duration should be determined by a registered physician. Caution is advised in patients with underlying cardiac conditions, and prolonged use should be avoided unless medically indicated.
