Motigut Tablet contains Domperidone Maleate 10 mg, a dopamine receptor antagonist that works by enhancing gastrointestinal motility and blocking dopamine receptors in the chemoreceptor trigger zone, thereby preventing nausea and vomiting.
It is commonly indicated for the treatment of nausea, vomiting, indigestion, bloating, and delayed gastric emptying. It is also used in patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) to improve gastric motility and reduce associated symptoms.
