Lulizol Cream contains Luliconazole 1%, a topical antifungal medication used for the treatment of superficial fungal skin infections. It works by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of the fungal cell membrane, leading to fungal cell death.
It is commonly indicated for conditions such as tinea corporis (ringworm), tinea cruris (jock itch), and tinea pedis (athlete’s foot). The cream helps reduce symptoms including itching, scaling, redness, and skin irritation associated with fungal infections.
Lulizol Cream should be applied to the affected area exactly as directed by a registered physician. The affected area should be kept clean and dry during treatment. Completing the full course is important to prevent recurrence of infection.
