Cetisoft 10 mg Soft Gel Capsule contains Cetirizine Hydrochloride, a second-generation antihistamine. It is indicated for the treatment of allergic conditions including seasonal allergic rhinitis and chronic idiopathic urticaria.

Cetirizine works by selectively blocking peripheral H1 receptors, thereby reducing the effects of histamine responsible for allergic symptoms. It helps relieve sneezing, nasal discharge, itching, and skin reactions effectively.

This medicine is generally well tolerated and is less sedating compared to first-generation antihistamines, although mild drowsiness may occur in some individuals. It can be taken with or without food as advised by a registered physician.
